Ask in plain English.
Depending on what you allow, your assistant can:
- Read calls, voicemails, texts, contacts and tickets
- Check live calls, parked calls, the wallboard and today's dashboard
- Reply to texts and schedule new ones
- Create tickets and meetings
- Transfer live calls
- Block numbers
Nothing risky happens without a person.
- Choose which areas of your account it can reach, or hand-pick its tools
- Set how far it acts alone: read only, low-risk actions, or high-risk actions with approval
- High-risk actions wait for a person to approve them by push notification, team chat or email
- Approve or deny waiting actions in the portal; unanswered requests expire after an hour
- Company status changes and bulk texts always need a person's approval
- It can never outrank the person who connected it
- Every action is logged under the assistant's name
Three steps.
1. Set it up in the portal
Add an AI assistant connection, choose which areas it can reach, and set how far it can act on its own.
2. Copy your connection address
Each account gets one connection address on your own portal domain.
3. Add it to your assistant
Paste the address into your assistant's connector or MCP settings, and you are connected.
Common questions
Which AI assistants can I connect?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, or any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
Can the assistant do things without asking me?
Only what you allow. You choose read only, low-risk actions, or high-risk actions with approval. High-risk actions wait for a person to approve them by push notification, team chat or email, and requests nobody answers expire after an hour. Company status changes and bulk texts always need a person's approval.
Can I see what the assistant did?
Yes. Every action an assistant takes is logged under the assistant's name.
Can an assistant do more than the person who connected it?
No. An assistant can never outrank the person who connected it, and opt-outs and permissions apply to it just as they do to people.
What data does the assistant see?
Only the areas of your account you choose, such as calls, voicemails, texts, contacts or tickets. When your assistant reads that data, it is handled by your assistant's provider under your own agreement with them.
