A flat rate means no guessing games
Most business phone providers quote you a low number, then add a stack of extras once you sign: taxes, "regulatory recovery fees," per-feature add-ons for things like voicemail transcription or SMS, and rate hikes buried in year two. It gets confusing fast, and it makes your actual bill hard to predict.
Cannon VoIP works differently. Every extension is $34 a month, flat, nationwide, no matter which state you're in. That price already includes the features other providers charge extra for: call transcription, SMS and MMS messaging, mobile and desktop apps, auto attendants, and voicemail transcription. There's no long-term contract locking you in, and no taxes or hidden fees tacked onto the invoice.
Beyond the core line, there are a handful of optional add-ons, real hardware, real services, each with a clear, single price. Everything on this page is exactly what you'd be quoted, nothing is "call for pricing" unless it genuinely depends on your setup (like custom international routing or 50+ extension deployments).

$15Already have desk phones?
If your phone is on our approved compatibility list, we'll provision it on your account, no new hardware required. BYOD setup is a flat $15 per phone ($300 minimum per order) for phones not purchased through us.
For our voice services: we will never charge you any additional fees beyond what's listed on this page, unless it's a truly custom configuration for your business, and we'll always confirm that with you before doing any work. If it's not on this page, we don't bill you for it.
International calling
Outbound international calls are grouped into three simple tiers:
Business internet
Voice-optimized business internet from the people who run your phones, one provider, one bill, one support team.
Fair use on high-volume extensions
Normal business use is covered under the flat rate, no surprises. If a single extension is run in a call-center style capacity or sees continuous heavy use averaging more than six hours a day within a billing cycle, a $5/month per-extension surcharge applies to offset the added carrier cost. A busy day here and there won't trigger it, this is aimed at sustained, all-day usage patterns.
Volume discounts
Larger deployments automatically qualify for a lower per-extension rate, no negotiating required, just add extensions in the calculator above and watch the price update.
You'll notice our discount percentages aren't the deepest you'll see advertised. That's on purpose: we don't mark our base rate up first just to knock it back down for a "bigger" discount, $34/extension is already the real number. Feel free to check out our comparison sheet to see how that stacks up once you factor in what other providers actually charge after their own volume pricing.
