Several on-site phone systems have reached end of support.
Once a manufacturer stops support, there are no more security fixes, and replacement parts get harder to find.

We build what our customers ask for.
When a customer asks for a feature, we don't brush it off. We prioritize it and find a way to build it. One customer asked for a way to talk with callers in other languages, and our translation agent was running in beta on their account in less than two weeks, then released to every customer after two months of testing.
A planned migration, not a weekend scramble.
1. Plan
We import your current setup from 3CX, FreePBX, RingCentral, 8x8 and more, or from a spreadsheet, and you review the plan before anything changes.
2. Phones
Supported desk phones carry over. Cannon Certified phones ship preconfigured and set themselves up when plugged in.
3. Cut over
Your old system keeps taking calls until your numbers port. Most numbers move the next business day with about two minutes of downtime.
Common questions
Is there a limit on extensions?
No. Every extension is $34 a month, with no limit on the number of extensions.
What happens if our internet goes down?
With the optional VoIP-HYBRID-1 on-site server, typically for 500 or more extensions, your phone system keeps running at your location if the connection to our cloud is lost. Without it, calls follow your failover rules to mobile apps and cell numbers.
Can we keep our existing desk phones?
Many existing Cisco, Poly, Yealink, Fanvil and Grandstream desk phones work as-is, depending on the model. We check your phone list during planning.
Do you support single sign-on?
Yes. Sign in with Google, Microsoft or any SAML provider, such as Okta or Microsoft Entra ID, and require two-factor sign-in for everyone.
Our procurement requires a contract. Is that possible?
Service is month to month, but we provide an optional Price Lock Agreement that holds your price for 6, 12 or 24 months and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice and no penalty.
Can you install on site outside Texas?
Yes. For complex deployments we can send technicians anywhere in the continental United States for a travel fee. Within about an hour and a half of DFW Airport, installation is free.
Mid-size team? See teams of 10 to 100. Coming from 3CX, RingCentral or another provider? See our switching guides.
