No-contract pricing, answered
Is there really no contract?
Yes. Cannon VoIP service is month to month and never requires a contract. You can cancel any time with no notice required. We ask for 30 days' notice as a courtesy, but you aren't obligated to give it.
Are taxes and fees really included in the $34?
Yes. We pay the federal Universal Service Fund, E911 and state telecom fees out of the $34, and that is in writing in Section 3.7 of our Terms. Sales tax applies only to hardware you buy.
How much does it cost for 10 users?
$340 a month: 10 extensions at $34 each, with every feature included and no fees added.
What costs extra?
Only optional add-ons and hardware, each priced up front: the AI receptionist ($65 a month, free with 10 or more users), Branded Calling + RCS, cloud eFax and live answering. Desk phones are a one-time purchase, starting at $148, or you can bring supported phones you already own. A few usage limits apply: an extension used call-center style, averaging more than six hours a day over a billing cycle, adds $5 a month; fax plans include 500 faxes a month ($5 per extra 500); call center lines include 60 agent minutes ($90 per extra 60); and international calls are billed by destination.
Is there a minimum?
Two extensions. There is no maximum; we support everyone from two-person offices to multi-site and enterprise teams across the United States.
