Google Voice vs. Quo
Google Voice is Google's business phone add-on for Workspace, built into Gmail, Calendar and Meet. Quo, formerly OpenPhone, is an app-only phone system for small teams with strong texting, AI and outside integrations. The core difference: Google Voice fits companies already on Workspace, Quo fits teams that live in a CRM.

Google Voice works inside Gmail, Calendar and Contacts, but its Salesforce integration beta was closed and other CRM integrations are not listed on Google's site. Quo lists native integrations for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive and more.

No. Quo runs in its apps on phones, tablets and computers, and desk phone support is not listed on its site.
