Metered $10/user/mo (per-minute calls), Unlimited $15/user/mo, Global Select $20/user/mo, or bundled with Zoom Workplace at $18–24.50/user/mo.
Add-ons & hidden fees
None. One flat rate per extension: no per-minute billing, no international add-on required.

Live phone support is limited to the Pro Plus bundle and higher; the base Metered and Unlimited plans include no live phone support at all.

International calling
$0.25/min to common countries, $1.75/min to less-common countries, rare/high-cost destinations quoted separately.
Not included on any base plan: a $10/month flat add-on unlocks calling to only 19 countries; every other destination is billed per-minute on top of that fee.
Hardware & BYOD
Bring your own desk phone if it's on our compatibility list, or get our VoIP-6 ($198) or an ATA adapter ($99). We never rent or lease equipment: it's yours to keep, purchased outright.
Supports certified desk phones and BYOD, but desk hardware is purchased separately from the subscription.
